Francis
Place is our main conference center building. Our registration desk
and administrative offices are located in this building. The Second Floor
has twelve bedrooms with baths making 24 beds available in this building.
There are also three meeting rooms of various sizes.
Marian
Hall has two floors of single, double, and triple bedrooms with a
total of 46 beds. There are also two small meeting rooms on the Garden Level.

We
have a large selection of conference rooms to fill your special groups'
needs. We can accommodate groups of up to 120 with theatre-style seating and can arrange classroom-style seating to fit your desires or
needs for smaller groups.
We provide state-of-the-art
audio/visual equipment. Please call our Registration Office at (719) 955-7025 for further
details. Office hours for registrations are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

We
serve three complete meals per day in our lovely dining room, which can
accommodate 125 guests.
We also offer Continental
Breakfast, Box Lunch, and Deli-Tray meals which are served in your meeting
room.
We
welcome people of all faiths as well as non-profit and business groups. Many of our church groups will
conduct their own services in their meeting rooms or outdoors, weather
permitting. On weekends, Catholic Masses are scheduled at St. Francis
of Assisi Parish which is located on campus.
Services are held Saturday evenings at 5:00 pm, and Sunday mornings at
7:30, 9:00, and 10:45 am.
Massage and Spiritual Direction are available upon request.
We invite you to
enjoy our relaxing native trails which provide opportunity for meditative
walks and beautiful views of Mount Cedar, Mount St. Francis, the Rampart
Range of the Rockies, and our campus.
We
